Are your agricultural products safe and hygienic?
Yes, our products are either foraged directly from the wild or handcrafted from agricultural products that use only organic fertilizers. For items sourced through third-party collaborations, we ensure they possess the necessary food-related qualifications and certifications.

How long does delivery take after shipping?
If the delivery destination is within Mainland China, you can generally expect to receive your package within 2-3 days after shipment. It may take 5-7 days for some remote provinces.
是的，我们的产品的定价仅包含合理水平的利润率，未将运费计算在内，故您需要承担运费；如果您的收货地区是新疆、内蒙、西藏、青海等西/南较偏远地区，您将需要支付多一些的运费。
Is the customer responsible for the shipping cost?
Yes, our product pricing only includes a reasonable profit margin and does not cover shipping costs, so you will be responsible for the shipping fees. If your delivery address is in a relatively remote western/southern region such as Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Tibet, or Qinghai, additional shipping charges will apply.
我们会按订单付款时间给先付款的先发货，对于预定的鲜货类产品，可能因无法采收到足够数量而导致无法发货，我们会通知您并自动为你办理全额退款。
Is it possible for items to be out of stock?
We ship orders based on the payment time of each order, giving priority to earlier payments. For pre-ordered fresh products, if we are unable to harvest a sufficient quantity, resulting in an inability to ship, we will notify you and automatically process a full refund for you.
对于预定类鲜货产品，付款后原则不可取消或更改，因为我们已经安排为您采收；其它类型的产品订单则可以在未发货前取消。
Can I change or cancel my order?
For pre-ordered fresh products, cancellations or modifications are generally not allowed after payment, as we have already arranged the harvesting for your order. However, orders for other types of products can be canceled before shipment.
